What Mission Unlockes the hunter helicopter on GTA Vice City Stories?

the last mission called the last stand and when you beat that mission go to that airplane that u can fly (the small one) and go right of it and keep going and then you should see the hunter. search the airport, there are 2 biplanes and a sparrow, the hunter might be there too, you can also get a free little willie at the junkyard in the back. theres a water plane in downtown on a small dock, theres also another one at the lighthouse, theres a mavrick at the stadium and one around a red plane that you can do a tourist side mission with. wow do you get the tank, i tresspassed th barracks and made it out safely and with a new submachine gun but the tank was llocked so i had to escape with the mesa grande. how do i get a tank without cheats or doing anything risky, ill take a risk, just tell me how!!!!
