Specific to the PC platform anyway, you get your first date when you go on a mission that requires you to torch via Molitov Cocktail a house owned by members of the Los Santos Vagos gang. You must torch the house and then save the girl inside the house by putting out a part of the fire and then making your way back out to the street with her following you. At that point, she asks you to take her back to her house and then then a heart symbol is displayed on your map denoting the location of her house. From time to time you have to take her out to a restaurant or to do some drive-bys. There are two other characters that you date throughout the game as well.
