Your library is corrupt.
What OS are you using? GetProcessId is only supported by XP SP1 and above.
Your question is a bit muddled but it looks to me as though are missing a library that needs to be linked with your code. To fix it you need to include the name of a shareable library in the executable image by specifying the header file in your code.
Be sure and have XP Sp2 Minimum on system
GetProcessId is not supported in Windows 2000. You have to have at least XP SP1.
Install new wireless drivers. See this link for more detail: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950720 Microsoft SHOULD have known about this and COULD have used a different file name but they chose to be bullies instead. :(
