Once upon a time Niko decided he wanted to buy a car. His dad said he would pay for half of it if he got his grades up. Niko worked hard and was able to bring his grades up to his father's expectations. Niko and his dad went to the used car depot and were looking for cars. Niko couldn't find a car he wanted until suddenly he noticed a car that wasn't there before. He told his dad he wanted that car but the used car salesman wanted to much money for it. Suddenly all the other cars in the lot had all their windows explode so the car sales man had no choice but to sell the car for what Niko's father was offering. Niko was really happy and decided to take his car for a spin. Some unimportant stuff happened and Niko then picked up Megan Fox in his car. Niko's car got angry because the car is secretly a homosex car. The car threw Niko and Megan Fox out of the car and then turned into a transformer and flew off to defeat decepticons. Niko was sad because Megan Fox no longer wanted him anymore and his car was never seen again. Every time Niko sees a yellow car it reminds him of his first car and how it was secretly a transformer. Niko Bellic is a fictional character. There does not seem to be any clear idea about who he might be based on. He does look remarkably like the character of Sasha the sniper (played by actor Vladimir Mashkov), in the movie Behind Enemy Lines, right down to the clothes that Niko wears. (Check images out on the internet).
On GTAiv can you be different people?
No, not in ordinary gameplay. In GTA IV you are Niko Bellic, and that does not change. However, I do not know if there are mods to change Niko into something else, you would need to have a look at dedicated GTA sites like gtawiki, where there is a comprehensive modifications section for mods that can be downloaded via computer.

no, only if you download a mod on the pc. in gta4 there are 3 car shops but with that in mind you can steal cars from those shops. you don't really need to buy one just steal one and keep it outside your house then save it and it will stay there

If you get to the point where Brucie introduces Niko to Stevie's car export business, Stevie will text Niko with details of the location of, and a picture of, the car he would like Niko to jack, and take to his garage in South Bohan (which is marked on the map). Once Niko has completed the 30 car missions for Stevie (which contributes to 100% completion of the game), and delivered all the cars required, he can continue to jack cars after that and deliver them to Stevie's garage for reward. The better the car, and the better the condition it is in, will bring higher reward.
Where is a garage in Grand Theft Auto 4?
There is no garage in GTA IV where Niko can save cars - he keeps them on the parking spaces outside of his safehouses. The garage you may be thinking of belongs to Brucie's friend Stevie. After the mission "No. 1" Brucie will introduce you to Stevie via the mobile phone (Niko does not get to meet Stevie in person). Stevie will text Niko with details of vehicles he would like Niko to jack, so that he can sell them on. Once Niko has located a vehicle, he drives it to Stevie's garage in Bohan (not far from Niko's safehouse there) which is marked on the map with a car icon, and drives into the garage. After the garage doors close, the amount of money Niko has earned will appear on the screen. There are 30 vehicles in the Stevie missions, which count towards 100% completion of the game, but Niko can continue to find cars for Stevie after that, to earn more money.
