you mean "why aren't gta cars real?" it is simple if you have any knowledge of law, game, or production education. it is because it takes money to have licensed/real cars in their game(s). at the time DMA didn't have much money because the first 4 gta games (1,london 1961, London 1969, and 2) weren't the most popular games until gta3 the "groundbreaker" came out. at the time gta was a gamble so they did not include any licensing into their games. striking resemblances to real life cars, however, is not licensing as long as they do not include any ownership of the name.
