It is not on the right side of the glove box, it is in the center of the dash, back by the firewall and is hard to get to, but can be done if you remove the lower panels, and reach in to the very back following the wires. You will find it in a pocket, with 7 wires going to it. Someone with small hands can reach it and lift it out of the pocket it sits in by lifting it carefully by the wires.
Keep in mind, this module is only for the timed window and stereo that will keep things going for like 10 minutes or until you open the door or put the key back in. It has nothing to do with ignition problems. Mine had the part number 12135089 on it and had 7 wires or connectors. I am still trying to figure out how to get my Camaro to start and stay running and am about to bypass the VATS system by installing a resistor to match my key.
One last thing. I found mine by turning the key to the start position and listening to the relay kicking in and out, but my car was not even turning over at this point.
This is also called the RAP system and working on this stuff can be very confusing. Keep looking for sites, as there is some good ones and bad ones.
A good one is http://shbox.com/1/pass_key.jpg that has very good schematics. I hope this is ok to post, if not, simply remove it.
Where is the theft deterrent module on 1995 Buick Regal
Yes.
not too sure, but if it's like the others, it's wired into the ignition cylinder. Does your key have the little resistor chip in it? (you can't miss it) If so,then there ya go.
On top of starter
Behide the passengers side air bag
The 1995 Chevy Camaro turn signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay switch will be between the gas pedal and the brake pedal.
I think that one just has to sit for an hour for the fuel pump to start working again, that is assumming, of course, you don't trip it again....
Short in wiring or a defective horn relay or switch.
Most likely a bad sensor/relay
Some of them had one. Worked to keep the engine from starting with the wrong key and quite often when the system broke.
The relay should be under the hood in the fuse box. Not sure which one turn the lid over it should have a diagram.
I have a 1996 maro and i was told that it doesnt have one and if theres a fuel problem its probably in the anti theft computer.
