Where is nudity in gta4?

There is no complete nudity on the main GTA IV story, but the girls at the lap dancing clubs do wear very little in the way of clothing. There is probably some kind of mod for the game which may show nudity, which the dedicated games sites would have knowledge of if it existed. Perhaps try this site and see if there is mention of it, if you want to go down that route:

Yes, it does to a certain extent.

Although it is obvious that Niko does have sex with most of his girlfriends, if he chooses to, you do not see any of the action, but just hear sounds from the girlfriends.

However, if he picks up any hookers and chooses various services from them, you do get to see some slightly explicit action in his car, but, how can I say this delicately, you do not get to see any body parts!

In the girlie clubs, Niko can have a private dancer, but he cannot touch her, and she is scantily dressed, but not nude. (I think there are mods to change this).

no every1 should be aloud playing gta 4 nothings bad about it the only things bad is swears and strip clubs u have to go to the strip club 1 time but u don't see anything it turns to a epic gun fight
