What is the location of Grand Theft Auto 5?

There is always a great deal of discussion on the game sites on this subject, but there does not yet appear to be any confirmation of the location, setting or layout of the next main GTA game, which would be GTA 5. There will be the E3 Expo in Los Angeles in mid June this year, so with a bit of luck there may be more clues to the next game. Another idea is to check with gaming websites regularly, to see if they have more news. Some of them will actually send you regular newsletters via email, for example: gamespot.
