What is the difference in the game bully and Grand Theft Auto?

there is not much of a different between these 2 games. In both the games, you can cause mayhem and beat people up. There is just 1 difference. In grand theft auto, you can get guns and actually shoot people. In bully, you can use a slingshot, dinamite and punch.
