You would be very hard pushed to run out of money on GTA IV, because there isn't very much Niko can spend it on! But I guess if you are in the early stages of the game and money isn't in abundance, you could always jack a Gruppe 6 green & white security bank armoured truck (you often see them on the road), park it up, blow the back doors off and take all the money that is thrown out. You get a 2 star wanted rating, but Niko can easily get away from that.
