There is no jetpack in the Vice City version. It is only available in San Andres. But if you enter this(CIRCLE, CIRCLE, L1, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, CIRCLE, L1, L2, R1, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE.) you get a Rhino Tank

∙ 9y agoYou cannot have a jet pack as the do not allow you to have the jet in the game.You can though have a similar feature by using a Ultimate trainer.You can move your player in 3D space.
