Apart from being able to keep vehicles in the garages or driveways of CJ's acquired safehouses, you can also keep vehicles (including the tank, if you can get it, and a Sea Sparrow chopper) in the large hangar opposite the Flying School in Verdant Meadows. Just drive the chosen vehicle to be stored up to the doors of the hangar and they will slowly open up completely to enable you to drive in.
