On the top of the Los Santos tower in Downtown (there is a yellow marker at the door of this, the tallest building, which CJ steps into and he is taken straight to the rooftop). This building has a crown type pattern on the top.
WHETSTONE:
On the summit of Mount Chilliad.
SAN FIERRO:
- On top of the Big Pointy Building in the Financial area.
- On the San Fierro side of the Garver Bridge, on top of the western tower.
TIERRA ROBADA:
On top of the Gant Bridge tower, on the Tierra Robada side.
BONE COUNTY:
- Inside of the little shed on Arco del Oeste.
- On top of the radio tower near to The Big Ear.
LAS VENTURAS:
On the top of The Emerald Isle casino building.
You need to have the Ballad of Gay Tony version of the game to access the parachute option.
