Alot of Terms Of Use Say Cheat engine & other hacking engines are ILLEGAL! Do Not Buy This EVER AGAIN if it tries to install a trojan horse that'll Terminate Your Windows........

Dude no. It wouldn't be illegal. For instance, GTA San Andreas fun game. Rockstar Games put cheatcodes in the game purposely.
