What is better GTA vcs or GTA lcs?

in gta lcs you can't swim but in gta vcs you can swim and in gta lcs the missions are quite easier but in gta vcs there are more challenging missions and harder in gta vcs the weapons are so cool.

diffenrnt people think different think but my answer is GTA 3 because i borowed GTA LCS off my friend i played it for 30mins, it was phuked but i can play GTA 3 for hours on end

but gta vcs doesn't and gta lcs has more weapons
