Liberty City Stories was made for PS2 on top of the GTAIII engine, when GTA Episodes from Liberty City is an add on content made for XBOX360 version of the GTAIV having two episodes: "The Lost and Damned" and "Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony"Both add-on episodes for the XBOX360 were also released as a standalone game called Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City that does not require the original Grand Theft Auto IV media to be playable.

You can only do it on the PC version through mod sites online
No. There are no motorcycles in Grand Theft Auto III. Because of this, in 1998...they said they were going to ban motorcycles because people tended to run over people. Therefore, being that GTA III was set in 2001, they did not add motorcycles to that game.
I don't think you can unless you mod the game
yes, there is an add-on to allow you to play on-line with gta sa http://www.sa-mp.com/
Because Grand Theft Auto 4 add-ons are Xbox 360 exclusives. Because Microsoft paid for it to be that way.
Yes. TBOGT is real. but you can only get it if you buy "Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City," or with Add-ons. BTW, EFLC Also includes "The lost and Dammed" Game extension (Separate game) Both games are on one disc. Hope you got the Info you were looking for. :3
The one GTA game you can get both choppers and fixed wing planes is GTA San Andreas. But on GTA IV, you can only fly choppers, and that includes the add-ons.
