Conversations with pedestrians in gta IV do not work the same way as they do in GTA San Andreas. There is no way that Niko can be made to strike up a conversation with them. All comments made are just spontaneous. For example, if Niko bumps into someone, they will say all sorts of things, depending on the type of pedestrian. The same happens, for example, if Niko walks across the road against traffic and a car honks at him. He will say things like "Keep taking the medication!" and other witty phrases. But the fun is in wondering what Niko and the pedestrians are going to say next.
get them to talk to you and hit the down arrow on the D-Pad
Find a prostitute, pull your car to the pavement (nearest to her) and she'll talk to you, then get in.
stay on the road close to the sidewalk, pull up beside on of the girls and honk the horn then wait and they will get in after they talk
To be safe I'd buy it! Most websites are dangerous and can give you a virus. If you wanted to do this I suggest you do much research and talk to a expert.

No, there are only three islands in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. They are Los Santos (based on Los Angeles), San Fierro (based on San Francisco), and Las Venturas (based on Las Vegas). Often times when people talk about Las Venturas they split into the actual city part of Las Venturas and the desert, but they are still on one island.
you need to talk to your attorney and have him talk to the d.a. to see if they will file charges seperately. this way you are only responsible for your actions. if it goes to trial you will have a separate trial.
No
Talk to the State's Attorney's office, and ask them what you can do about identity theft.
Well that's because a hitman is cooler when his mouth is shut. I mean think about it. In the Hitman movie, there were so many corny slogans. Hitmen are cooler when they just do their job and look cool. Am I right?Source:Common SenseAnd Yahoo Answers ;)
They passed wampum when it was their turn to talk
Anti-theft system's wiring diagrams are not given out to just anyone for obvious reasons. Even Automotive Technicians must talk to the manufacturer to get those and I recommend you do the same.
