How do you get rid of the road blocks to San Ferrio on GTA San Andreas for PS2?

PS2 onlyYou cant, well I'm not to sure! But any how what i do is use the Lock felony state and Spawn(create) a Hydra, an American Fighter Jet. When u lock the Felony State Your Stars don't go up and U just use the Hydra to fly any way u want

Its great, i have'NT even done the first mission yet and I'm up in Las Venturas checking out the Chicks already(and the Ferraris)
