There's a handy short cut through the railway tunnel near Toreno's ranchouse in Tierra Robada. If you go through the tunnel and on to the main rail line towards the Las Venturas direction (and I have never encountered a train doing this), best to travel on a Sanchez - you eventually come to the desert area to your left, where the L'il Probe Inn is situated. Go through the gap after the Fencing and travel along the road by the L'il Probe Inn, and eventually you will see Area 69 in the distance to your right. By the way, if CJ goes in, he's toast!
