i don5t really know but try to get on a building and start shooting people till you get six stars if the helicopters come just destroy them with a bazooka ......... then when you have all six stars the military will come with tank wait a small while for them to get out then enter the lower wanted level cheat and get off the building and steal the tank/............
you can find any cheat on the internet just go to Google and type the name of the game and hurray!! a lot of cheats
