How do you get a mod menu in GTA?

Okay now just press done on the dots and submit. It will take you to a adfly. After 5 secs press skip. Then it will have 2 links blus and bles. Bles is for Europe and blus is america. Okay so once you chose the link download the file. Once it finishes downloading open it then it should start extracting. It will extract to your desktop. There should be a ps3 folder. Drag the ps3 folder to your usb. Then it should say copying to usb lalala. Once you are done with that SAFELY EJECT YOUR USB.Then plug it out and go to your ps3. Plug it in then go to settings>system settings> backup utility. Then it should back up restore and something else. Click restore, gta, then you should see the dwnload. Click it then keep pressing x. You should see that your ps3 restarts. Now go to gta and go to story mode. (you will have to start from the beginning so backup your ps3 on a usb if you want) open the mod menu with l1+l3.

You would have to first download it to a USB from a regular computer or laptop. Look up the rest on a YouTube video because I am not completely sure but I know that the first step is a USB drive.
