There is a very Simple way to do this:

1. You must get either a tourismo, or a sultan RS

2. Drive to a place close to your second safe house (it is the smallest island in the game).

3. Call Brucie and go to "race."

4. When he tells you where the race is, go to the start line but don't enter the icon. If there are no Lamborghinis, call him and cancel the race. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the race has lamborghinis. If you try a couple of times, and then you call him and he says that there are no races, wait a while and do it again.
