if you don't have your pilots license. kill people and wait for an ambulance to come. park the ambulance next to the shortest wall of the los Santos airport. jump on the hood then on top and over the wall, then jump over the next fence off a shipping container. there are 3 planes you can fly at that airport and none are locked up.
