Hi

your going to cheat (O X DOWN O x UP LL) cars drive on water then follow all people.

when the helicopter is in front of the airport quick go to he shoreside vale using cars drive on water.

then,you nitice that the door of the helicopter is locked. open the door its locked if the pedestrian is in, quick shoot the head of the pedestrian.

go insid then pedestrian is out leaving the door open use it and finish th mission

when you go down don't l the door close its lock if you godown quickly thenalog push it to the left and finish the mission if you put it in the garage better have a forrelis car
