There are a few ways. The way I prefer is to get in a helicopter, any helicopter it doesn't matter, but the smaller usually the better. You also need a friend for this. You are gonna wanna fly atop the fib building and land your helicopter right next to the glass dome, to where its nearly touching it, and have someone pull you out of the helicopter to where you fall on the glass and you should fall directly into the FIB building. Also, you can fly a cargo-bob directly on top the fib building (you must have your motorcycle attached to the cargo-bob, and try to pop a wheelie driving up the side of the glass. You want to do it on the opposite side of the little tower on the building, if your bike lands on you it will push you into the building. Also there is a glitch on YouTube where you fall through a wall but it will not always work and is much more difficult. Hope this was helpful.
