I don't think Derrick gives you any other missions. I have already completed the story and never heard from him again. (Someone said that kidnapping Grace [Ancelotties' daughter] is the other missions. That is NOT from Derrick, that is from GERRY).
Derrick might count as a random stranger, I'm still not sure. I tried to go back to where I first did missions for him. I couldn't find him.
You could try going to "www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com" --> sick freaks to avoid (GTA IV computer website, without quotes), to try to find him as a random character.
Once again, if they do exist, they do not count for that achievement.
