Flying planes and choppers:

During his missions for Mike Toreno, CJ will get a call from Toreno telling him to purchase the disused airstrip at Verdant Meadows in Bone County. Once CJ has done this, he can enter the Flying School office and then he will get another call from Toreno advising him that he needs to learn to fly to continue pursuing the missions. Once CJ has completed all the Flying School missions he will have his full pilot's licence and can access all the airports in San Andreas and then fly planes and choppers that are there. There are other air vehicles in the game he can use of course, for example, a Sea Sparrow situated in the dam area.

The Jetpack:

On completion of the Black Project mission, CJ will be able to fly the jetpack and also eventually have it ready for use saved at the Verdant Meadows airstrip.
