It is impossible to get Darkrai in SSBB. He does not make any appearances in the game at any cutscenes, as a character, or even out of a Pokeball. You cannot hack to get Darkrai.

Press down on the control pad or the down arrow on the sides. Then press "A" or the star to put the code in affect. Then press start on the touch screen to start the game and if you entered it corretly and it isn't a fake code you should have the effect of the code in your game. Sorry the directions are so long.
