How do you get a limo on gta vice city without completing missions?

you can get the limo if you complete the celebrity challenge (you don't get to keep it or buy it, it will show up like a taxi does) or you will get the limo if your Sim has a famous job (ex. leader of the free world, music- one of the top music like rockstar, ect.)

This actually took me some time to figure out as i especially made a house and sims 3 family what were indulged in luxury level 10 jobs, nice cars etc but i realised there was one thing missing...a limo. So i looked on The Sims 3 exchange, nothing there i tryed the store...nothing there but i eventually found a house with a limo with it, so i downloaded it got the limo, put the limo in the family inventory and moved to my proper house and there you go a limo.

Actually, downloading may give a virus, but I found a way to get a limo WITHOUT getting a top job.

Buy Sims 3: Late Night, then become 4-Star Celebrity/5-Star Celebrity, then you are able to ride in a limo.

(Note: Sometimes you might stop at the train station)

You can get a limo by using a cheat rockandrollcar.The another limo stretch cab be spawned using a trainer.You can also do the first mission party to get one limo then save it in the garage of you safe house.

You can find a limo in traffic pretty easily, I am not sure of spawn points,but i suggest driving around Shore Side Valve.
